Yep, the easiest way to get started is to sign up. Once you sign up with your email account, you will receive 10 free credits.
You can simply go to the GBP profiles tab, connect your Google Business profile, and then get started replying to reviews that haven't been replied to yet.
Also, there is an option for auto-reply, so by default, this option is turned off, but if you turn it on, then as soon as the review is received on your Google Business profile, within 24 to 48 hours, the system will create an automated SEO-optimized response and post it on your behalf to that review on your profile.
What gets charged as 1 credit?
Only generating a review or response gets considered as a credit used. Sharing the unique review link or sending the request for a review is completely free.
So if your client fills up the form on your unique link and hits Generate Review Options button, you will be charged 1 credit.
And if you click on Reply Now button in My Account to respond to the review, that will be 1 credit. If Auto-Reply feature is ON, then every time the system submits a response to a review, that will be charged as 1 credit.
Everything else — completely FREE!!
What if I run out of credits and forget to reload?
When the system hits the minimum of two credits, it automatically sends you an email stating that you have two credits remaining and you can simply select an option and reload it.
Also, if you like and you never want to get down and out of credits, you can simply turn on the auto-reload option in the billing tab and set the threshold for notification and for reload.
So once the threshold for notification is hit, you will get an email stating that you are at your limit for notification and the minute the credits go below the auto-reload threshold, it will automatically charge and reload your account with the selected package.
